Nosy Neighbor is searching and gathering information on home listings and sales in your ZIP code. Nosy is building a farm of neighbors who live close to the home listings and sales. Nosy Neighbor automatically targets homes with postcards and email campaigns.

The postcard preview will display your Nosy Neighbor account information. You’ll be able to view exactly what a neighbor receives in the mail from a print to a digital experience. Scan the QR code to see the landing page.

When Nosy Neighbor identifies a neighbor, an email campaign is automatically sent along with a postcard. When you select to preview emails, all emails will be delivered to your inbox.

If you’re currently logged into Nosy Neighbor, you can see a preview of your materials with landing pages below. If you are not logged in, you can add your information to preview how it works. All materials are generated with mock property data.

When a home lists or sells in your ZIP code, we identify households located close to the listing to ensure we target people who are most curious about real estate prices in their neighborhood. Sometimes, these neighbors are right next door to the listing! In other situations, they’re within a half mile. Regardless, Neighbors will know the street names associated with the listings we mention to them.

You will see at least 10 new Neighbors in your app every day. This arrangement allows us to continuously reach out to a steady stream of Neighbors on your behalf. Of course, these Neighbors will also receive follow-up emails as they use the internet or various mobile apps.

A Neighbor who was selected by the system to be associated with a ZIP code. These people receive advertising messages from the ad networks we’ve integrated with. In some cases, they have also been associated with a new or just-sold listing from the MLS. In those cases, they have received post cards or text messages. You can find Neighbors in your app by clicking on the Neighbors menu. A Contact is a Neighbor who has visited your landing page on myhomevalueplus.info and accepted the invitation to receive pro-active communication from a real estate professional (i.e. YOU!). If you’re a Smart CRM customer, we move all of these people into your Smart CRM as a contact with a Status of “Prospect” with Type “Seller”.

You can use your own headshot and logo. We will handle the rest. The postcard is an important piece in a multistep experience, moving a curious Neighbor, to your myhomevalueplus.info landing page, with an aim to ultimately convert them into a seller prospect in your CRM system.
